Madeleine Storms
RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE TEACHER
Madeleine Storms is a multidisciplinary dancer, actor, and educator based in Toronto. She has been dancing for two decades and counting and has performed in events across many genres, including the FIFA Women’s World Cup Opening Ceremonies, Toronto’s Nuit Blanche, and innumerable competitions and conventions across throughout Canada and the United States. Most recently Storms has performed as the Dancer/Contortionist in The Seqret City and A Spectators’ Odyssey - o dell’Inferno (DopoLavoro Teatrale), Alcestis in Alcestis is going to Die (Sunbeam Theatre Co.), and Northumberland in This Earth of Majesty - an Adaptation of Richard II (Dauntless City Theatre.) Originally from Edmonton, Storms moved to Toronto to attend Randolph College for the Performing Arts and has been performing and teaching in Toronto ever since. Storms is an avid proponent of making art accessible for everyone and strives to illuminate and nurture the unique performer in each and every one of her students.
