Falyn Waltman

Falyn Waltman has been associated with the dance community for nearly twenty-five years. She has danced professionally with Conteur – a Toronto based contemporary dance company and has been an instructor/teacher with some of Ontario's highly regarded competitive dance studios.

Throughout her years of dancing Falyn won numerous overall-awards and scholarships. She has also been recognized for her outstanding choreography by adjudicators throughout Canada and the United States receiving multiple Judges-Choice awards.

Falyn is a passionate, talented and skillful teacher who's love of dance and the development of her fine technical facility is in large part credited to the instruction and influence she received from Ms. Tiffany McLachlan, a renowned Ontario based choreographer and teacher.

In addition to teaching, Falyn Waltman’s performances have included Toronto’s Fashion Care Gala, Canada’s Grey Gup, Toronto’s Choreographer’s Ball and the Opera House Bazaar. She has performed in various music videos, Shad’s “Keep Shining”, Aleessia’s “Not That Girl”, and Blake McGrath’s “Stage Fright”. Her recent stage performances have included Conteur’s State of Mind and she has been a finalist at the Capezio A.C.E Awards in New York in 2010 and 2011.

She looks forward to working with the students at Rhythm Dance Studio.
