Easy-to-Learn Dance Steps and Island Rhythms are combined to create a high-energy cardio program that is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, with intense focus on the hips, abs and upper-body. Have a blast while you transform your body in this fun and sexy class.


Dance for your love of dance or to add variety to your fitness regimen.  Rhythm offers classes for those with dance experience and those just looking to have fun.  Check our schedules often as we constantly update and add classes to our program.

Mindful Movement

Energize, strengthen and lengthen the body by incorporating elements of ballet and yoga; a complete mind, body, and spirit class!

This hour long class incorporates a classical ballet syllabus and links these movements to yoga postures (asanas), with emphasis on alignment, and then seamlessly fuses them together in a continuous flow (vinyasa) set to music.

This practice brings flexibility and strength to both body and mind, while also relieving stress; with a guided relaxation to wind down the class.

Some sanskrit terminology is used.

Be prepared to work hard, have lots of fun and de-stress!!

Everybody is welcome - although some yoga or dance experience is preferable.

Yoga mats required.' as well, in case you wanted include one, here is a brief bio: 'With over a dozen years of dance training, focusing on classical ballet, Kim Tanenbaum moved her focus to Iyengar Yoga, which she has studied for the past nine years.

This method of yoga is precise, and systematic; it draws the attention inward, quieting and integrating the mind and body.

Kim has decided to merge the common elements of these two classical systems.

As a busy mother of three young children, she finds that this practice brings flexibility and strength in both body and mind while also relieving stress, as well as being a physical and spiritual practice.

It is also a powerful tool in helping her live her life with intention and integrity
