Dakota Janasz

RECREATIONAL AND PART-TIME COMPETITIVE TEACHER

Dakota has had a strong passion and love for dance since the age of 3. Growing up at Rhythm she has learned so much from her teachers that have helped her to where she is today. At the age of 12, Dakota began competing with her group and as a soloist in styles such as Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, Contemporary, and Lyrical, while also taking Ballet. She attended Willam Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute where she was part of the dance team for all four years performing in multiple different shows and became captain of the team in Grade 12.

Dakota has been teaching and assisting classes for a few years now teaching dancers ages two through twelve in various styles. She loves being able to watch her students thrive while supporting them through their training. Dakota is a Recreational and Part-Time Competitive teacher and is so excited for this year!
